"Social entrepreneurs are not content just to give a fish or teach how to fish. They will not rest until they have revolutionized the fishing industry"

(Bill Drayton, Ashoka Founder)

SEE IEC is a practical annual program in the IDC Entrepreneurship Club (IEC). The IEC and all its programs were founded and still run by students who have passion to innovation and do it voluntarily.  SEE IEC is the place for social entrepreneurs and students who want to make a different in society. Social entrepreneurship is a hot topic nowadays. The world starts to realize that in order to maintain developments, we must take care of society. As a result, the social business and social ventures are now required.

The Program:

The social entrepreneurship workshop is designed for students who want to make a change in the society! This is the fourth year of it running. The students in the workshops are divided into small groups and establish their own social venture. The students learn all the process of how to do it; starting with how to develop an idea properly, how to build a business plan, how to do marketing and even how to contact and pitch investors. All this process is accompanied by the best experts of social entrepreneurship in Israel. During the year, the students meet social entrepreneurs and take part in different events like "Exposure Night" where the students first expose their venture to investors and co-operations and a Final Event.

If you see a problem in society that bothers you and want to change it,

If you have an idea that can improve our world,

If you care about society,

Or if you just want to learn more about the next thing-

SEE IEC wants you!
